Heritage Pines CDD adopts updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board on April 15 adopted Resolution 2025-05, approving an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement.
District Manager Chuck Adams presented the update and described the benefits to the District, noting that the CDD is more likely to be the recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider of aid. On motion by Assistant Secretary Michael Walsh and seconded by Assistant Secretary Carol Vaughan the resolution was adopted unanimously.
The agreement updates the District's ability to receive mutual aid and clarifies responsibilities; the Board recorded the adoption and will file the necessary documentation.
