Board members discussed appointment logistics because the seat will be filled by appointment rather than election. They directed outreach — via Mr. Long and The Meadows' POA manager — to e-blast residents about the vacancy and candidate qualification requirements, and asked interested candidates to submit a resume or letter of interest before the next meeting.
