River Ridge board adopts special-assessments resolution for FY2024/25 with amendment

Board members agreed to a textual amendment to delete references to "Exhibit B" (page 2 and throughout) and, on motion by Kurt Blumenthal that was seconded by Robert Twombly, adopted the resolution as amended with all in favor. The minutes record the adoption but do not publish the assessment amounts or the exhibit content; those details are to be finalized in the amended resolution.
District staff noted post-adoption administrative edits and certified the assessment roll as part of the resolution process. The Board also discussed compliance items such as completing required ethics training and financial-disclosure forms.
