Selectboard signs off on routine approvals: facility uses, appointments and liquor licenses

The Selectboard authorized use of the Town Hall (Weston Theatre basement) for rehearsals Dec. 1–3, 2025, and approved a facility use agreement for a private birthday party on Nov. 22, 2025; the Town Administrator was authorized to sign the agreements. The board noted a volunteer will need to turn on the heat for the Nov. 22 event.
Martha Dale moved to appoint Justin Alexander as Londonderry’s representative to the Mountain Towns Recreation Director Advisory Committee for a two-year term and Kate Zeigler as an at-large representative for a one-year term; both appointments were approved unanimously. The board also approved liquor licenses: a 1st, 3rd and OCP license for Jake’s Restaurant at 5680 Vermont Rte. 100 and a 2nd Class license for West River Coffee Barn at 2309 N Main St.
