The council also approved the consent agenda, which included Resolutions #2025-141 and #2025-142 (amend prior resolution numbering and designate authorized signers for 2025), Resolution #2025-143 (appoint Linda Hansen to the Park Rapids Library Board), payments to vendors Hawkins Inc. ($2,985.90) and RDO Equipment Co. ($2,094.46), and several administrative items including donation receipts, advertisement of non-irrigated farmland for lease, destruction of aged documents under the Minnesota General Records Retention Schedule, and a Minnesota LG220 lawful gambling application for the Antique Tractor and Engine Club.
All consent and finance items were approved unanimously; the council recorded no public comments on these items during the meeting. The approvals were made by motion (mover: Joe Christensen; second: Jeremy Engholm) and carried without dissent.
