River Ridge to seek quotes for curb and sidewalk repairs; homeowners to be notified

Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and the proposed scope of work for areas deemed severe. He said he sent the quantities to Collier Paving and hopes to present repair quotes at the next meeting.
Mr. Krebs is preparing a draft memorandum to inform certain homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their own driveways; that notification will be sent to the district manager and chair for review before distribution. No final funding or schedule was approved at the Jan. 28 meeting.
