The council also approved a multi-item consent agenda that included Minnesota lawful gambling applications (Resolutions #2025-131 and #2025-132), an outdoor concert permit for Sept. 14, 2025, and multiple vendor payments to Uline, Apex Engineering Group, Hawkins Inc., Heartland Lakes Development Commission, MVI, Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force, TKDA, and Tyler Technologies.
Council members recorded the consent vote as a single motion; the record shows the agenda and consent items were approved unanimously. The consent agenda also included calls for public hearings on Sept. 9 to consider (1) combining the Parks and Beautification Board with the Urban Forestry Committee, (2) an amendment to City Code Section 30.43, and (3) a proposed issuance by the Colorado Health Facilities Authority of certain revenue bonds.
