Board members and staff discussed options to cover the additional cost: using unassigned funds and offsetting plant-replacement costs by applying amounts withheld from Laz’s Lawn Service. The motion authorized management to terminate Laz’s Lawn Service immediately and to enter into a contract with GulfScapes effective immediately.
