Board approves blanket template and specific grant of easement for drainage from PSGRC to CDD

District Counsel Tony Pires presented a draft Proposed Grant of Easement enabling drainage conveyance from PSGRC to the River Ridge CDD. Counsel explained the template can be reused so long as each future easement includes the specific sketch and legal description required for recordation.
Mr. Long and Mr. Krebs said they were comfortable with a blanket template for process efficiency but noted that each item will be added to the agenda with its precise sketch and legal description for Board consideration. Mr. Blumenthal moved and Mr. Schultz seconded approval of the Proposed Grant of Easement for Drainage from PSGRC to RRCDD; the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Krebs said he is working on two additional drainage easements for Seaside II and the Golf Course and will forward them to counsel when complete.
