Chair said the project was "not legally ready for that yet, so I could if someone would please make a motion to hold," and the committee approved a motion to do so. A committee member explained the reason for the hold: "the applicant is still getting together the documentation to reflect that the property owners have actually requested annexation into the Greater Greenville Sanitation's district." The motion to hold passed by voice vote.
Committee staff and the chair said the item is expected back on the committee's agenda in August once paperwork is complete. No formal vote on annexation or final service approval occurred at this meeting.
