Board grants design‑waiver for Club Studio branding at Providence Town Center

He requested waivers from the Providence Town Center architectural palette so the owners can paint the brick a lighter color to match the tenant's brand and signage. "The request is to paint the existing brick a lighter color scheme as shown here," Weber said, and staff circulated a memo from the planner expressing no objection.
Board members confirmed the waiver is specific to the exhibits attached to the application and noted that a future tenant would need a separate waiver if they proposed a different color. The board adopted Resolution 2026‑34 granting the requested waivers by voice vote.
