Staff answered that the park board is not the final decision-maker on the matter and said residents should bring concerns to the board of supervisors, which meets every third Monday at 7 p.m. Several speakers echoed the need to attend supervisors' meetings and the July 28 Trailmaster plan update, emphasizing that public turnout can influence the ultimate outcome.
