Votes: Hope Select Board amends agenda, approves minutes and warrants, schedules Feb. 4 special meeting, enters executive session

At its Jan. 28, 2025 meeting the Hope Select Board unanimously passed motions to amend the agenda, approve the Jan. 14 minutes, approve Treasurer and Payroll Warrants #55'#58, schedule a Special Select Board meeting for Feb. 4 to sign the Feb. 18 warrant, and enter executive session for the town administrator's annual evaluation under 1 M.R.S. A7 405(6)(A)(1).
The Hope Select Board took several formal actions at its Jan. 28 meeting. Charlie Weidman moved to amend the agenda to add a Special Select Board meeting to Other Business and to remove the Town Administrator's Report; Wayne Luce seconded and the motion passed 4-0. Charlie later moved to approve the Jan. 14, 2025 minutes as written; Joe Tassi seconded and that motion passed 4-0.
The board also approved and signed Treasurer and Payroll Warrants numbers 55, 56, 57 and 58 on a 4-0 vote after a motion from Charlie Weidman and a second from Wayne Luce. In Other Business the board voted, 4-0, to hold a Special Select Board meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. to sign the warrant for the Feb. 18 Special Town Meeting.
At 5:48 p.m. Charlie moved that the board enter executive session pursuant to 1 M.R.S. A7 405(6)(A)(1) for the Town Administrator's annual performance evaluation; Joe seconded and the motion passed 4-0. The meeting later adjourned by consent at 6:28 p.m.
