Board members said past requests for reduced limits on Alford Lake Road, Barnestown Road and Buzzell Hill Road resulted in higher posted speeds after state-conducted studies, a pattern they cited in deciding not to pursue the 30 mph request. No motion to request a study was made; the Select Board formally recorded that it would "take no action at this time."
