Later in the meeting, the board entered executive session pursuant to 1 M.R.S. 405 6(A)(1) for the Town Administrator's annual performance evaluation after a motion by Charlie Weidman and a second by Wayne Luce; the vote to enter executive session was 5-0. The minutes record the board's adjournment at 7:04 p.m. following a 5-0 vote to adjourn.
