The remaining balance of $3,925 was noted to be placed on Crawford's 5311 invoice and reimbursed at 80% federal and 10% state, leaving the city's estimated local match at $392.50. The council noted that two tablets required for the system were not included in that price.
Council members directed staff to proceed with the purchase and to account for the reimbursement process in grant billing documentation.
