The board then approved the prior meeting minutes, again on a motion from Kristin Jangraw seconded by Holly Brough. Later in the evening, at Kristin Jangraw's request the trustees voted unanimously to enter executive session "to discuss an employee personnel issue and a legal issue," with Holly Brough seconding. The executive session ended at 8:26 p.m.; Holly Brough moved to exit and Eric Jones seconded. The meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
