On Feb. 2, 2026, the Plympton Board of Assessors voted in executive session to approve a set of exemptions and abatements affecting local taxpayers. The board recorded approval of one 41C senior exemption and eight veteran exemptions, and it approved four real estate abatements and one personal property abatement.
Under the direction and advice of the Director of Elder Affairs, Council on Aging, the board also approved two senior work‑off exemptions and one veteran work‑off exemption. The motion to adjourn the public meeting and enter executive session was made by Jocelyn Anderson and seconded by Ethan Stiles at 5:34 p.m.; subsequent approvals in executive session are recorded as carried by roll call. The executive session was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
