• Business licenses: Commissioner Cox moved to grant in‑home business licenses at the $25 rate to Darren Eastman and Rick Rosser for online advertising businesses; Commissioner Lee seconded. The vote was unanimous.
• Minutes and expenditures: Commissioner Cox moved to approve the Dec. 10, 2025 minutes and to approve December 2025 expenditures; Commissioner Lee seconded both motions and both passed unanimously.
• Executive session: Commissioner Cox moved to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters with Sheriff Stacey; Commissioner Lee seconded. The vote was recorded as Commissioner Cox: Yes; Commissioner Lee: Yes; Chairman Weston: Yes. The Commission returned from executive session and adjourned the meeting by unanimous consent.
