Commission approves routine expenditures, minutes and 2023 audit
Summary
At its Aug. 6 meeting the commission approved June 2025 expenditures, July 2025 minutes, and accepted the 2023 audit as presented by Ron Stewart, CPA; all motions carried unanimously.
Commissioner Jonathan B. Lee moved to approve expenditures for June 2025; Commissioner William E. Cox seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Lee then moved to approve the minutes for July 2025; Cox seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Cox moved to approve the 2023 audit as presented by Ron Stewart, CPA; Commissioner Lee seconded and the motion carried unanimously. These routine approvals were recorded before the meeting recess and subsequent executive session.
