At its Nov. 5 meeting the Rich County Commission recorded a series of unanimous motions and approvals: agenda approval with an addition for a personal property tax exemption; approval of the primary residence exemption for Christina and Mitchell Bogar (Parcel 41-06-04-0001); adoption and execution of a Trails Master Plan contract with Bio West; approval of a Cemetery District tax increase; appointment of Danelle Wasden to the Behavioral Health Advisory Council (four-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2026); conditional approval of the Big Bear Subdivision final plat; Greenbelt corrections for the Michael Cook property and three parcels owned by Norm Mecham; approval of October 2025 expenditures; approval of Resolution R25-10 appointing Commissioner Cox as the Rich County representative and Chairman Simeon B. Weston as alternate to the Utah County Indemnity Pool annual meeting; approval of October minutes; and adjournment.
Most motions were moved by Commissioner William E. Cox and seconded by Commissioner Jonathan B. Lee; recorded votes in the minutes were unanimous for each listed action. Clerk Anneliesa Peart later signed the approved minutes.
