Deputy Mayor Dickie Austin moved to approve the purchase of the overhead door from Limoge & Sons for $19,030; Alderman Mark Koenig seconded. The council voted 5-0 in favor. The city manager had explained the vendor list and noted that Limoge & Sons submitted one of the lowest bids.
