Commissioners approved the final plat subject to inclusion of a Garden City Water Company signature block, completion of the financial guarantee bond with revised cost estimates, and designation of the dumpster location.
Commissioner William E. Cox moved to approve the final plat with the stated conditions; Commissioner Jonathan B. Lee seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The conditions must be satisfied before final recording of the plat.
