Council receives proposed zoning amendments; public hearings set for Sept. 23 and Oct. 14

The motions to set the hearings were moved by Deputy Mayor Austin, seconded by Alderman Harder-Hyde, and approved 6-0. The minutes do not record public testimony on the amendments; the hearings provide the next formal opportunity for public comment.
