The Board of Accountancy Complaints Committee reconvened public session at 10:56 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2025, and moved to consider recommendations from executive session. Brad Bingenheimer moved “that there is sufficient evidence that there is 1 or more violation of board rules and or statutes” in case number 25-006; Greg Rogers seconded the motion.
The committee conducted a roll-call vote with five members voting yes and no recorded nays or abstentions. Chair Sean Wallace stated the motion carried. Members Michael Mead, Scott Wright and Susie Gillespie were noted absent for the vote.
