For the Feb. 2, 2026 minutes, Mr. Bosenberg noted a misspelling; a motion "To approve the minutes of 2/2/26 with noted corrections" was made by Mr. Todd and seconded by Mr. Bosenberg and adopted by roll-call with all Aye votes. Mr. Bublat exited the Zoom call at 6:57 p.m. and was recorded as absent during the final adjournment vote. The meeting adjourned at 9:22 p.m. after a motion by Mr. Todd, seconded by Mr. Beach; roll-call recorded Mr. Bublat Absent, Mr. Ainley Aye, Mr. Bosenberg Aye, Mr. Beach Aye, and Mr. Todd Aye.
