District highlights fine arts events, preschool roundup and JAG students at March meeting

Assistant Superintendent Becky McPherson updated the board on fine arts programming that includes a student art show, a Tzouanakis musical performance and upcoming ISSMA band/choir competitions for Greencastle High School and Middle School. She also reminded families that Preschool and Kindergarten Roundup at Ridpath and Deer Meadow is scheduled for April 3, 2025.
Rachel Crosby, JAG Specialist at Greencastle High School, introduced students who described their experiences at a recent JAG competition. Students named in the minutes include Brayden Inman, Maia Slagle, Logan Wood, Izzy Camara-Adorno and Shylynn Wathen. The remarks were presented as informational updates and required no board action.
