The Tunbridge Conservation Commission on May 8 recorded a balance of $4,212.20 and voted to move the commission checking account into a savings account. Eliza Minnucci, a commission member, proposed the account change; Tess Mix seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
The decision was recorded as part of the Treasurer’s Report with an expectation that the next formal treasurer’s report will be provided in September. The motion was procedural and intended to change the account type to presumably earn interest or adjust account management; no additional spending authorization was recorded at the meeting.
