The committee adopted the meeting agenda on a motion by Co-Chairman Jack Solomon, seconded by Terry Concannon; the vote was recorded as 8-0. The committee then approved the minutes of the June 9, 2026 meeting on a motion by Solomon, seconded by Concannon, also recorded 8-0.
Members heard a series of informational reports and event planning updates before a motion to adjourn was made by Gary O'Neil, seconded by Solomon; the meeting adjourned at 6:02 p.m. with a recorded 9-0 vote. Present at the meeting were Co-Chairmen Kevin Reich and Jack Solomon, members Terry Concannon, Cap Egan, Karen Johansmeyer, Mary Krogh, Terry Latimer (via Zoom), Gary O'Neil (arrived at 5:08 p.m.), and Recording Clerk Cathy Sirois. Kevin Burnham was listed as also present.
