The motion was seconded by John Purple and passed 6-0. Commissioners specifically requested an 8-inch substructure recommendation for the driveway to ensure adequate crushed-stone depth and effective infiltration; they also questioned the location and filtration path of a stone splash pad adjacent to the chamber units.
