Residents raise drainage, sidewalk and rodent concerns during public input

Other commenters highlighted deteriorating downtown sidewalks and a growing rat issue near Jefferson Street; staff said notices and ordinance enforcement remain tools and that property owners may be asked to remedy shared nuisances.
