Planning staff announces new senior planner and upcoming workshop with commissioners

Staff also reminded the board of a joint workshop with the Board of Commissioners in August to review subdivision elements of the unified development ordinance and the town’s flood damage prevention ordinance. Staff said legal counsel will review consultant materials before the workshop to ensure proposals meet legal standards and encouraged attendance.
