The Alcester City Council voted to approve a $15,000 CDBG loan to Endless Vibes salon & spa during Tuesday’s meeting. Amanda Erickson, associated with the business, was present while council reviewed the application and asked clarifying questions about project uses.
Council members discussed that the loan would help fund an approved addition, add one employee and pay to replace the front sidewalk to meet ADA requirements. Committee member moved to approve the loan; the council seconded and approved the motion by voice vote.
City staff said the applicant had presented plans to council in April and that Dave (staff) would follow up with the applicant when paperwork is ready for signature.
