Council names delegates to Addison County Regional Planning Commission and TAC
Summary
Vergennes City Council appointed Shannon Haggett and Cheryl Brinkman as delegates to the ACRPC for 07/01/25–06/30/26 and named Brent Rakowski and Shannon Haggett to the TAC; votes were recorded with full approval of the delegates and an abstention on the TAC vote.
The council voted to appoint Shannon Haggett and Cheryl Brinkman as the city’s delegates to the Addison County Regional Planning Commission (ACRPC) for one-year terms beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. Alderman Koenig moved the appointment and the motion passed 7-0.
Council also appointed Brent Rakowski as a member and Shannon Haggett as an alternate to the ACRPC Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for one-year terms. That appointment was moved and approved with Alderman Rakowski recorded as abstaining on the TAC vote.
