Volunteers finish park cleanup; council asked to budget annual maintenance

"I met with Dave and, you know, from the storm and everything that has happened, funds were pretty tight on everything there. So, we're ready to close out the park cleanup," Van Royan said.
Staff noted that the park budget currently includes $2,000 earmarked for general supplies and $4,000 for chemicals, and council members suggested coordinating with the park volunteers and the golf-course beautification committee for future work and fundraising.
