Commission forwards West Willow Draw master‑plat amendments and RC7 subdivision to county manager

Senior planner Robinson presented a two‑part application to amend the West Willow Draw master plat and to finalize subdivisions for RC7 (WWD‑3 and WWD‑5). Robinson said the amendments add parcels previously left out of the master plat, clean up boundaries to reflect as‑built conditions, modify easements and relocate a segment of West Willow Draw Road slightly north. He emphasized the change does not add density beyond that allocated in the Canyons development agreement; densities are being placed on the plat where they were previously allocated in the agreement.

Commissioners asked clarifying questions about where density is shown on the plat and existing structures; staff pointed to exhibit pages in the staff report and confirmed the ski maintenance building and temporary cart barn are present on some parcels. After a short discussion and a motion, the commission voted to forward the master‑plat amendment and RC7 final subdivision plat with a positive recommendation to the county manager, subject to the findings and conditions in the staff report.
