Council adopted Ordinance 31-74, covering standard traffic ordinances, and Ordinance 31-88, updating the uniform public-offense code. Both ordinances were moved, seconded and adopted by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
Staff noted a minor numbering/posting error in agenda paperwork for one ordinance but said the substance of the ordinance was unchanged and that the error did not require re-posting.
