The motion, presented by the meeting facilitator, listed “chair Bill Irwin, vice chair Ken Carter, secretary treasurer Nikki Cribb,” which the commission approved by voice vote.
Bill Irwin, who presided over the meeting, put the slate forward and asked for any other nominations before calling for a vote. After the voice approval, the chair said the slate was established and opened the meeting for public comment. Members also confirmed the next regular meeting date as May 5, 2025.
