Staff noted that while the RV park is in the parks master plan, the SDC/CIP documents must be amended to permit SDC funding.
Councilor Leach moved to direct city administration to amend the parks SDC/CIP to include the Lyle Day Park RV park as an eligible SDC project. The motion carried unanimously; staff said changes to CIP lists and any necessary ordinance steps will be brought back to council for approval before construction or expenditure.
