The commission approved the preliminary subdivision plat QT‑0018 for a single IL lot at the southwest corner of South 33rd West Avenue and West 45th Street South. The plat covers approximately 2.87 acres and had previously been approved in 2022 before that approval expired; staff recommended approval subject to TAC conditions and required documentation.
Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) conditions cited required public infrastructure improvements — waterline extension, sanitary sewer work, storm sewer, roads, driveways, sidewalks and ramps — and noted an IDP plan review was in progress with outstanding deficiencies. Staff also required a City of Tulsa release letter prior to final plat approval and asked that the Block 1 Lot 1 address (3322 W 45th St S) be included on the plat. The commission voted 10‑0 to approve the preliminary plat per staff’s recommendation.
