At about 7:15 p.m. the presiding officer moved to adjourn the public meeting and asked the listers to remain for a private deliberative session. "At this time of 07:15, I would like to adjourn the meeting and thank the listers and Mr. Poulin for all of your input, and we'll get a letter from us within 2 weeks," the presiding officer said.
Jackson agreed with the approach and the group confirmed that the listers would exit the public meeting for deliberation. The board and staff also discussed routine administrative items and the technical details of stopping the Zoom recording before closing the public session.
