The Commission approved the minor amendment on a motion by Shivel, seconded by Walker. The amendment limits the tower to the CS‑zoned portion of the property and maintains all other PUD development standards.
The action follows staff findings that the minor amendment is consistent with PUD administration rules and does not represent a significant departure from approved standards. The approval carries the condition that the tower must meet the freestanding‑tower standards in the Tulsa Zoning Code.
