Planning commission grants one‑year extensions for two preliminary plats

The commission approved two separate requests for one‑year extensions of preliminary plat approvals. Wallace Design Collective (Mark Capron) received a one‑year extension for the JR & B Office preliminary plat, originally approved by TMAPC on Aug. 3, 2022; the applicant agreed to staff recommendations and the vote was 8‑0‑0. The commission also approved a one‑year extension for the Tulsa Classical Academy preliminary plat (original approval Aug. 17, 2022); the applicant was not present but staff recommended approval and the motion passed 8‑0‑0.
Staff’s TAC comments for Project Anthem and plat approvals included a number of standard checklist items; for the JR & B Office the TAC requested that the plat show Lot 1: 21304 E 11TH ST S and other addressing and graphic edits prior to final plat submittal. Both extensions preserve the applicants’ preliminary approvals for an additional year.
