Staff said the change would permit a lot split or other housing types that support additional housing while remaining compatible with the neighborhood and aligned with the Comprehensive Plan and Tulsa Housing Strategy. The applicant was not present and no speakers registered opposition. The Commission recommended approval by a 6‑0 vote (motion by Commissioner Zalk; second by Commissioner Shivel).
