Board resolves Level III complaint in executive session, directs work session and conclusion letter

The Board deliberated in executive session and prepared a recommendation for a corrective action and outreach.
Returning to open session, the Board approved a motion to resolve the complaint, to hold an informal work session for all board members focusing on roles and responsibilities, and authorized Vice Chair Trina Perez to draft the concluding letter. The motion passed by roll call with no dissents.
