The three chapters had been remanded back to the Planning Commission by the Board of County Commissioners for review of specific changes provided by the County District Attorney’s office.
Staff recommended approval of the revisions; no members of the public spoke on the item. The commission voted 8‑0‑0 to recommend the County adopt the revised chapters (motion by Craddock; second by Humphrey). The action returns the matter to the Board of County Commissioners for their consideration.
