Human Resources Director Renee Clark presented the agreement’s key elements, including a 5% cost‑of‑living adjustment in Year 1 and 3% in Year 2, with reopeners for Years 3 and 4.
The agreement creates a two‑year pilot attendance incentive that pays eligible staff up to 80 hours for maintaining a minimum sick‑leave balance, moves athletic coaches to a separate compensation list, and revises retirement contributions to a match up to 4% of base pay. The motion to approve was made by Kelsey Bitzer and seconded by Vanessa Bennett; the recorded vote was unanimous.
