Deputy City Attorney Lena Wade read hearing procedures earlier and reminded the council that written findings and rulings will be adopted in writing within 90 calendar days following the conclusion of the hearing; at the close of the public portion she reiterated the council would have 90 days to prepare findings and that the closed session would yield no recordable action. "There will be no recordable action, following closed session as the council has 90 days to prepare and present its findings and ruling," the hearing officer said.
No public vote or final decision was announced; the city clerk and attorney said the final decision will be transmitted by email to the parties and the administrative record will include the electronic and video recordings of the hearing.
