The Mill Creek School Board approved routine consent business at a special meeting Sept. 18, including payroll and vendor warrants totaling $224,896.12. General Fund payroll warrants #163–#218 totaled $152,712.66; General Fund vendor warrants #219–#258 totaled $55,862.26 and #259–#263 totaled $5,721.13. Building Fund vendor warrants #16–#22 totaled $9,550.07 and #23–#24 totaled $1,050.00.
The approvals were made by motions from board members and carried by the three trustees present—Aaron Vestal, Kalob Albertson and Craig Hughes. Several items were handled under repeated motions and seconds: proof of notice posting, agenda approval, prior minutes (Aug. 19, 2024), activity fund receipts, encumbrances and the warrants listed above. Trustees Kathy Castleberry, Trent Maness and Lorinda Chancellor were recorded as absent. The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. and adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
