Klamath Falls Board endorses Steve Lowell for OSBA Southeast seat

The Klamath Falls City Schools Board voted to endorse Steve Lowell for OSBA Board of Directors (Southeast Region, Position 4). Motion carried with four ayes and one abstention (Kelsey Bitzer).
During new business on Nov. 10, the board considered a request from the Oregon School Boards Association and voted to endorse Steve Lowell for Position 4 in the Southeast Region.
Vanessa Bennett moved to approve the endorsement; Nicole Trejo seconded. Chair Andrew Biggs called for the roll-call vote: Andrew Biggs, Andrea Jensen, Nicole Trejo and Vanessa Bennett voted yes. Kelsey Bitzer abstained. The motion carried and the board’s endorsement will be recorded and communicated to OSBA.
